More more Thailand! (It's a paradise!)

สวัสดี !
Thailand is a wonderland and here are some more photos, taken by my friends Míša and Kristýna, of how Riki enjoyed it :)

One of many tiny sanctuaries with offerings to the spirits... for me this is one of the most beautiful aspects of Thai culture, the animism is still alive!

We met two dogs in the jungle. At first we were a bit afraid of them as they were growling and barking and dogs in Thailand often carry rabies, but they kept accompanying us the whole day and were still friendlier and friendlier.. Eventually we were happy to have them as companions :)

Giant trees are... giant. See Riki? :)

Elephant statues in Bangkok. Elephants are everywhere in Thailand. Did you know Bangkok was the city with the longest official name? It's whole name in Thai is "Krung Thep Maha Nakhon Amorn Rattanakosindra Mahindrayutthaya Mahadilokpop Noparattana Radchhani Burirom Udom Rachnivet Mahastan Amorn Pimarn Avatarn Satit Sakututtiya Vishnukarm Prasit" (กรุงเทพมหานคร อมรรัตนโกสินทร์ มหินทรายุธยา มหาดิลกภพ นพรัตนราชธานีบูรีรมย์ อุดมราชนิเวศน์มหาสถาน อมรพิมานอวตารสถิต สักกะทัตติยวิษณุกรรมประสิทธิ์).
Like really.

More Thailand!

Thanks to Nikol and Albert for taking these photos.

An amazing cave we found. With amazing biodiversity (I call it "amblypygi cave")

We spent a day looking for rafflesia, the plant with the world's largest flower.. we came a bit late.

Or maybe a bit too early- there were also these buds :)

Pitcher plants in wildlife! :)

This is how Riki travelled most of the time in my backpack. Here in mangroves.

A little bit of Thailand..

As mentioned below, most of the photos are in possession of my friends who are still in Thailand (and Riki too!), so the best is coming. I'm just adding the few bad photos I took with my phone now.

At the railway station i Bangkok. The portraits of royal family in the background.

Green curry packed in Thai style - in a plastic bag.

Overhang of rock - the best place to eat your curry and watch Thai children playing!
