Under the Sea
Riki is still in Iceland, but as a memory of the sunny days in Croatia my friend Jasna sent me some photos she and our other friends took in the Mediterranean sea. Riki was able to dive deeper than me ;)

I was told Riki was 5 meters under the sea |
And discovered there this Anemonia viridis ("snakelocks anemone") |

October in Eskifjördur
October boring Sunday morning in Eskifjördur:
/"Boring" - that's what dad says. In my opinion it looks beautiful anyway :)/
October exciting Sunday evening - Riki is hunting northern light (aurora) in Eskifjördur:

Žuljana church
During our stay in Croatia we lived in a camp in a small village called Žuljana. The last day we wanted to attend a Mass in local church. Unfortunately there was no Mass for some reason but at least we enjoyed the beautiful view from the location.

Sv. Ilija
Today we went hiking on the peak Sv. Ilija. It's 961 meters high and the hike was totally worth the amazing views!
Marine course in Croatia
At the moment Riki accompanies me at a marine biology course at Pelješac, Croatia. We dive, identify marine animals and attend lectures. There's a quite a lot of work but we managed to take a few trips to the surroundings (and a restaurant) anyway.
The best way to study marine biodiversity. |
